By using reddingfencing.com, submitting a form or calling our phone line, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Nature of the Service

Redding Fencing provides an independent marketing and referral service through which property owners may be placed in contact with independent third-party fence contractors (each, a "Service Provider"). Redding Fencing is not a licensed contractor and does not itself perform, supervise or warrant any installation, repair or other construction work. Any agreement for services is made solely between you and the applicable Service Provider, which bears sole responsibility for its estimates, pricing, scheduling, workmanship, permits, licensure, insurance and warranties.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or submit a request.

3. Estimates and agreements

Information on this website, including price ranges, timelines and descriptions of materials, is general information and not a quote. Any agreement for work is made directly between you and the contractor who performs it.

4. Website content

Content on this website, including descriptions of local fence rules, is provided for general information. Rules change, and conditions vary by property. Confirm requirements for your specific property with the contractor or your local planning department before relying on them.

5. Your submissions

When you submit a form or leave a voicemail, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that we may share it with a contractor so they can contact you about your request.

6. Links to other websites

This website may link to websites run by others. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, privacy practices or anything that results from using them.

7. No warranties

This website and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redding Fencing's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to this website, the phone line or any referral is limited to the amount you actually paid through this website, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) if you paid nothing. Redding Fencing is not liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits, property damage or personal injury, and is not liable for any work performed, or not performed, by any contractor.

9. No Agency

Nothing in these Terms or in your use of the Service creates any partnership, joint venture, employment or agency relationship between Redding Fencing and you or any Service Provider.

10. Release

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Redding Fencing and its owners, affiliates and agents from any and all claims, demands and damages, known or unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with services performed or offered by any Service Provider. If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code Section 1542, which provides: "A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known by him or her, would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party."

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Redding Fencing and its owners, affiliates and agents from any claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to this website at any time, for any reason, without notice.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Shasta County, California.

14. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we'll make reasonable efforts to post notice at least 30 days before the new terms take effect. Continuing to use the website after that means you accept the updated terms.
